As reported in TV Patrol weekend (June-10-2012), Denver Cuello, a former jeepney conductor and now the current World Boxing Council Silver minimumweight title holder is possible to be the next Filipino boxer that will follow the footsteps of the Eight-division world champion and boxing superstar Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao.

Denver Cuello is one of the Filipino rising star in the sport of boxing. At the age of 16, he headed in Manila to pursue his dream to become a professional boxer. According to his trainer/manager Aljoe Jaro, Denver is a hardworking person especially in training. Jaro took care of him and it runs almost a year after he put Denver into a match.

Denver is known in Mexico as "The Animal" or others says as "The Little Pacquiao" because he has the speed and strength like Pacquiao have. Denver didn't get any defeat up to present after the disqualification loss to Juan Hernandez in May 2010. For now, he had already 10 consecutive impressive knockout victories including his recent fight against Ganigan Lopez (tko 2). He could possibly be the next Pacquiao as time goes on.

Cuello has a record of 31 wins (KO 21), 6 draws and 4 defeats. Cuello will be back in the ring maybe in the month of August or September, hopefully in the undercard of Saul Alvarez vs Paul Williams in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
